IF Discussion Club

“Inconvenient Films Discussion Club” is a new educational initiative of the festival organisers. It’s aim is to ensure that educational activities of the festival are not limited only to “Ad Hoc: Inconvenient Films” festival in autumn. On the contrary, organizers of the festival are seeking that discussions on human rights would take place continuously.

At least once a month we organize human rights film screenings, accompanied  by a discussion with experts, filmmakers or activists about the film and human rights concerned. “Inconvenient Films Discussion Club” is held in “Skalvija” cinema theatre. Admission to the “Inconvenient Films Discussion Club” is free, however, a free of charge ticket should be taken at the ticket offices of “Skalvija” cinema.

Festival organizers aim to broaden “Ad Hoc: Inconvenient Films” educational activities. Therefore, discussion clubs will be opened in other Lithuanian cities as soon as additional sponsors will be found.
